this is my dads audi its got 225 bhp (180 BHP Standard) .0-60 in 6.7 seconds. top speed 152 MPH
it has no exterior mods or interior but has an ABT Chip . limited edition hence the colour and alloys .

Those are bolero's and also on audi cabrio's etc.
Nice car, great bhp, let him get some exterior mods lol
So many great project 1.8t quattro on internet.
But its fast and you can't tell by looking at it so that's cool too! :D

yes but they will be the 1996-1998 model which have different headlights and the body kit is different and engine they would be 150bhp . this is a 2000 model one of the last b5s got it valued at a show we went to for £9995 . my dads is so dear mainly cus of the spec list .

I think someone is yanking your chain m8. The 1.8T only delivered 163BHP and an ABT chip couldn't add 72BHP without a change of turbo. The 180PS version only came out in 2002.

0-60 in 6.1 is a little optimistic too... the new 3.2 TFSI can't achieve that, and that's 265BHP.

What exactly is PS, I never used to see it used but now it's popping up every where? By that I mean what unit is it a measurement of (I know it's power), and what is it relative to BHP?
Also, horsepower isn't the be all and end all in acceleration, infact torque plays more of a part than power.

no it came out in 1999 -2000 as a lim ed engine .il take a pic of the manual if u dont beleive me it has the bhp on it . that 163 is on the B6 this is a B5 they are lighter had a more powerful 1.8 turbo engine .

Multiply the PS figure by 0.9864 to get the BHP.

he got it sorted it was the aircon system he took off a blt and there was a huge blockage .sorted now.

he done 152 in it on the way home it was flat out

check the drainage holes, eg: sunroof if it has one and below the front window screen where the grill thing is. one test is too poor water over the top with a watering can and check for water comming in. also check for water comming out under the car via the drainage holes. if there's water going into the car but none comming out the drainage holes are blocked. :) hope this helps.
