My moped,,, yes

Right before any of you start. Im 16 and cant drive a car as im in the uk, and i love my ped so dont flame me.

My moped is a gilera stalker 50cc 2 stroke. 2007 modle got it on hogmany at around 12pm lol. its go on it now about 200miles on it now rough as the clocks in kilmoters.

cost me about £1300 i got nearly £300 of stock price and a free first service and a chain stuck on aswell with £10 of riding gear since we know the person who owns the shop.

the garage i got it from is doing it for free when they do the service at 600miles.

lol their all one offs. i give ma m8 a backi last nite becuase the town is empty lol no poilce around lift up 2 shops and life upto a bar all about a few minutes away. aint gona do it again but,

At least you can have some form of transport when you 16, even if you can fit it in the boot of my car! lol You can't have a bike/scooter till your 18 here, same as a car.

part of the cbt rules kind of thing have to have them on, cant carry passanger, and some thing else i think. for some reason it makes people understand your a learner, but i dno actually weres the point your no more safe with them.

and no i dont think ill modifiy it, just wait till i get a real bike lol

oh and before you ask CBT stands for COMPULSORY BASIC TRAINING bascially they teach you what to do and not to do lol

its going for its first serive on friday.
was going to get it de-restriced but £40 lol so aint going to and going to do it my self done some research and go to take of the vaviro ring thing in the box, cut of the resonator pipe and weld up and if i wanted to get a inlet from a tuning place or cut the stock one but its hard to get sizes right oye this is basted on a runer but im guessing its the same as iv read up on a few diffrent bikes.

they are in your carburator they spray gas in the pistons? donno XD


well mins goes 70km/u and accelration was very nice and smooth:p

BUT NOW mins goes 45 km/u and the acceleration is very poor:mad: next thursday im going to the dealer to fix it..

Called 'Jets' :)

They are screws with a hole in them, its up to them how much petrol your engine gets per stroke. Usually when getting a new exhaust you should change the jet about .15-.35mm bigger.


EDIT: Just realized you only had taken the ring off. But its the same thing with that. It doesn't always need a bigger jet with only when taking the ring off, but if it sounds its too small, you should get a bigger one.
