I still stand by what I posted since that is a completely separate contest, apart from this site. As I understand, rules is that it has to be a new chop and you cannot post chops that I had already posted here in the past. I was aware of both contest and decided to enter them both.

And I believe that 3G_d3siGn was referring to Glacius who posted that link which I also posted in his thread, I've nothing to hide.

How is it an "old" chop if I started on my work after the Digimods Contest started?

You cannot enter a car that you have posted previous to today

The rules states that I cannot enter a car that I have posted previous to today which was May 6th. So even if I started on May 25th, or even couple of days after- as you assumed (which is not true, since I actually started 3rd week of June), my chop is still not OLD based on the DM rules.

I thank those who had voted for me and I also wanted to apologize in cluttering this thread with my responses to this issue. If the moderators or anyone in the staff feels that I had violated the rules of the competition, I have no problem taking my entry out of it. I kindly ask to clarify which part of the rules have I violated as maybe I have missed something.

I'm also all about fairness in contests such as this.
