Heres my mini tutorial:

1 Open your image with the car on iy.
2 go select>Color range
3 now the color range window will pop up, in the window there will be a little window where your image is displayed, in the little window you can select colors of the image which will be selected.
4 Now select the light areas of the paint on your car nad click ok.
5 The areas which are light will now be selcted, now make a new layer still with the selection active and fill it with the color you want to be in the chamelion paint (you can adjus the sensivity of the selected ares inside the "color range" window its called "fuzzieness" or something)
5 Now set the layers blending option to overlay
6 Voila you have your chameleon paintjob


You can change the original color of the car if you want 2 specific colors in your chameleon paintjob

I wrote it myself and yes heres the tutorial in danish

1 Åben dit billed med din bil på det
2 Gå til Select>Color range
3 Nu vil vinduet "Color range" poppe op, i vinduet vil der være endnu et vindue hvori dit billed vil være at se, i vinduet kan du klikke på områder af bilen, hvorefter de vil blive markerede
4 Vælg nu et lyst område af bilens lak og klik ok
5 Områderne der er lyse vil nu blive markerede, lav nu et nyt lag (layer på dansk) stadig med markeringen aktiv, i det nye layer ska ldu så fylde med den farve du vil have i din kamelion lak (du kan justere følsomheden af de områder der skal markeres i vinduet "color range" ved at justere "fuzziness")
6 Fyld nu markeringen med den ønskede farve
7 Sæt layrets blending option til "overlay" og voila kamelion lakering

Du kan lave om på bilens original farve for at få 2 specifikke farver i din kamælion lakering
