Hi ladies and gents. It's been quite a long time since I have
completed a worthwhile chop. This time I have gone with
an extreme JGTC inspired style. While this may not be my
most realistic chop ever, it is my mix of fantasy with reality.
I wish to call this a mix of both C+P and airbrush. The body
kit is comprised of several brushed pieces, the front bumper
initially was C+P but became severely altered. The lights
were overbrushed for quality. I used the front wheel to
create the rear one, as I could not find a full set. The BG
is comprised of about 3 images, even though it seems very
simple. The interior is comprised of many different pieces
merged together. This is where I stop talking. I hope you all
like it.

i like the effect the bodykit gives... massive elements on a tiny car
but... i really don't know if these headlights are the best choice

I agree with Phoenix in that I would prefer the headlights w/o the blue.. it
kinda leaves me wondering if the headlights are actually on or not :S
anywho this chop is a real work of art up def falls inline as one of your
best. great to see

dude waht do you with the car? its awesome
and the widebody ist absolutly pefect.
and the reflection and the new frontbumper is nice
Great work here man.. Love that TR tuning style, actually tony is all over it!
some issues though, a shame that some of them orange reflections, are putted
over places (like at the front arch, hood) where it shouldn not flow over. And, I
think (but that may just be a matter of taste) that the side is way more massive
as the front seems to be.. then some edges may be a little to sharp, like that
white one on the skirt..
Anyways these are tiny issues that bother me, Im just loving the total car, with the
great atmosphere you putted there with that awesome background. Keep it going NEgro

I've been waiting to reply as I know I need some time to actually study it instead
of replying with a bunch o' nonsense xD
Anyway, I love the JGTC theme you got going - the wide-ass quarter panels
rawk :o . I really like the pointy bumper, got that 'vette feel (or I might just
be trippin') Either way, looks all smooth and sexy but it got that agressive look.
The skirt and rear arch both look phenomenal, allthough the latter isn't 100%
my taste. The actual "wheel housing" (couldn't find the appropriate word so I'll
use the next-best thing) is roughly the same size as the orig. when it could have
been a tad bigger, and the entire arch could have been moved slightly towards
the windowline to get a lower, JGTC -look. Meh just a matter of taste I guess
The colour and reflections are awesome. Unlike some people I don't really have
a problem with the yellow-ish reflections as I know the donor (MB CLS if I'm not
mistaken) had that sunset look, which usually means a lot of psychedelic colour
combinations - such as yellow/orange and magenta. Might have appeared slightly
weird at first glance though.
The BG itself is gorgeous btw. The ground/tarmac appears a lil matte in the distance,
but that is just me being ridiculously nitpicky.
Gotta agree with Gary, love the neat details such as the badge/signature on the
bumper. Kickass stuff
"You and MK must of found the chopping steroids " Super class mate, nothing else to add, love the original and creative way uve added the motion light effect beside the car...and yes the car...amazing level of brush work and reflection mapping. Gorgeous bodykit design, something like that should be on a real "Z" not some veilside plastic. Attention to detail is superb, love the little badges you got goingÂ…thought I must point out things that donÂ’t look right to meÂ…the rear wheel arch seems to be off perspective, facing more to the right, the front arch on the left seems to be wider than the front arch on the right side, one other area thatÂ’s a bit more grainy than the rest is the side intake, it seems to reflect the ground, but considering that its surface facing the sky, it cant. In all amazing work from you, youÂ’ve improved.

Thanks everyone so far.
As usual Simon, you read me like a book almost, its scary!
I always knew you were some kind of freek!
Yes the sky came from the MB CLS background, but the
reflections totally did not. They either came from totally
differently reflected cars or were created. But you are right,
the color combinations are all over the place, even from that
silver original.
The other two parts of the BG were both courtesy of Carlsson.
The shiny bits came from wet tarmac, while the original BG
was dry, which is why the background tarmac is more matte.
Maybe the rear wheel well could have stood to be larger. And
yes maybe the arches could have been moved a bit higher
into the body for a more aggressive stance.
I dunno if I am taking steps forward so much as I am playing
around. Which is as it should be, for now. Definitely not taking
things seriously. I don't feel the need to.
Thanks again

You know it's really well brushed and it looks stunning, but IMO there's something wrong with the reararch. It just looks sooo big and makes the rear of the car look wierd.

The color: 8) and especially the reflections: 8) ,...
Headlights look a little Peugeot-206'ish but they sure seem to fit fine! Nice effect on them too. Proportions look a little strange on the rear of the car or it could be my eyes playing tricks with my brains.
Anyway, excellent work again. I'll just concentrate to look at it some more for a while :) .

Some really serious skills for the reflections dude  , the 206 morette headlights don't really fit good with the project but that's your choice, however, you prooved that we don't stop learning.
Very good jod dude

damm, i realy like this one, never realy apply to your chops that often, but this one caught my attention for some reason. I really like the color of light from the sky against the car, with the reflections that kinda makes it. Other than that, the far left headlamp looks a little blury to me, and i really like that wide kit. keep it up m8

wow, mega bump, but i guess it doesnt really matter, its not as though it will stop us from seeing the recent posts in advanced.
ive never seen this before, but its fantastic! i just think that the lights ruin it. if it had some normal lights, like angel eyes or maybe black masked ones it would be better.
