The phoenix designs banner at the top is waaayyy to large imo...

but the design of the site is great, nice menu..

Looks good to me too but there's something not quite right about it. Possibly too much use of brushes, possibly too much green..

I'd advise doing another 2 designs completely from scratch in Photoshop. You'll find that each design is cool in it's own way, and then you can take the best ideas from each design and compile it into a final design. I follow this process for every website i make and it usually works quite well :)

Two more things, the links would look great if they had rollover images:

And you need to be careful using slices to create a website. It looks great but all the colspan and rowspan bollocks can go very wrong very quickly! If you want to use Imageready to create slices, i suggest using the images created by Imageready and write the code manually. Depends how serious you want to get with it all :wink:

Looks very freaky, which I really love. And I just can add some things after the helpful
things donbenni and the others said, rollover effect shall look great too.
Only things I can see so far are in terms of design, 'till now I kinda dislike the
blending in of the background and content part together, just something that
takes out the dynamic at first sight. Background could have some pattern, and the
outline shouldn't be that huge, maybe 1-2px look better, and how about white?
You just had the brushes there, so that's some nice-lookin' crossover.
