I think it's a bit too simple, also, the page stretches my screen on 1024x768, even though there is no content past the end of the page.
I also took a look at the source code, expecting it to be very simple, but you have things in tables that really don't need to be, and you don't need to end a table and restart one for everything, new rows, and colspans/rowspans can be used in some places to fix that.
Also, in the head section, it's a good idea to use meta tags, however the only one you've used is "<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="none, default">" which I honestly didn't know even existed, so it's very very minor. You need some keyword and description meta tags, and a few others. And I'd also include a w3c doctype.
Annnnd I also discovered this in the source code:
"
</p>"
which is completely unnecissary, and actually does NOTHING at all, which leads me to believe that you used a WYSIWYG editor? like dreamweaver or golive or frontpage or something.
anyway, I'd say clean up the code a LOT, fix the page stretching, and maybe add some more elements to the page to spruce it up a bit. Maybe look up 'floatutorial' on google, the first result is a good page and could help you a lot.
hope that helps you. :)

He doesn't need to clean his code... As it doesn't make a difference :D

I find the "Click to enter" page pretty pointless. I've already clicked on a link to get to your site, don't give the choice to just go "oh fuck it" and click on my homepage button instead of that image.
However i did click the image. First impressions, it's pretty dark and gray. The top image is the only thing that will brighten the page at the moment and for some reason it's been darkened. The rest of the site requires more images, but not of cars, just colourful blocks or something.
The orange links are nice.
The two images at the bottom have been scaled in HTML. This is a no no, they look all jagged now due to HTML not being designed to shrink images. Resize them in Photoshop (/other image editting program) instead.
Under the Design page when i click on Photoshop or OtherDesign it opens a new window. That's annoying.
Services: You have two 'choices' for the customer. What if they don't want everything you have listed under the basic package?
If you are serious about getting business, you need to tidy up the text in general but especially on the About Me page. Nice use of the word idyllic though

yes it does, load time for one thing, and also the spaces are completely unecissary, and something about the code is stretching the screen for no reason.
