New angel eyes tut by me (first time)

i used this pic:

elect the Eliptical Marquee tool change the feather to 2/5 depends on the pic you working with,and select the lamp like this:

now add a Hue/saturation layer and choose a clor you like:

now you can add a Brighness/contrast layer and mess with this a little...
or u can mess with the blending (multiply,overlay etc...)
everything depends on your pic.

Not sure its so much of an angel eye that you've created there, but it sure looks cool. I might just use this.
